A: The time required for the injection-extraction and steam cleaning process can vary depending on the size and degree of soiling of the item, but in general, it takes about 1 hour for furniture items and 3 hours for auto detailing.

No, the injection-extraction-steam technique does not have a negative effect on the color or shape of the textile materials. We always take care to use the right detergents and set the right temperature and pressure. In addition, before we begin the cleaning process, we will perform an assessment of the material to ensure that it is not affected by the process.

Pet hair can be a difficult problem to remove. Some animal hair can be removed by brushing and the injection-extraction-steam cleaning process, but for greater efficiency we recommend regular brushing of upholstered materials to prevent the accumulation of animal hair.
